How to use them

A little, often, works better than a lot, once.

Today

Calm first

Play the 15-minute TAT rest recording. Notice where your breath and shoulders are before and after. That noticing is the first skill.
This week

Get curious

Spend twenty minutes with the GAP workbook or the Letting-Go Checklist. Pick one pattern, such as people-pleasing or overthinking, and write where you first remember it.
When it gets loud

Release

Open the Five Senses Grounding worksheet or the DBT cheat sheet and follow one exercise. The aim isn't to make the feeling vanish, only to move it through.
